The 2018 Many Hands Fiber Arts Festival, July 27, 28, and 29, 2018, is a juried show that features all sorts of fiber arts from quilts, afghans, weavings, dolls, knitted apparel, crocheted items and multimedia artwork that needs to be seen to be believed. This year the Festival will feature workshops by Carol Ann Waugh and Eileen Urbanek. During the Festival there will be demonstrations of techniques such as hardanger embroidery, hand weaving, spinning, and beading. There will be a heritage display of Kansas flour sack quilts and a full complement of vendors sharing their wares and a beautiful raffle quilt. Entry fee is $5. The event is held at the Telluride High School located at the entrance to town at 725 W. Colorado Ave.
