Quiltsalad Tea Towel Quilt - My "Granny" died in 1983 and these blocks were made from tea towels that she embroidered probably in the 50's and were used till I saved them from being thrown away. I cut out the least worn parts and sashed them with 30's reproduction fabrics and gave the quilt to my oldest Grand daughter when she was born in 1999 and I had made her crib quilt and accessories out of 30's fabrics also. The quilt still hangs in her room although the other 30's things are long gone.
